Harry Beal was the first United States Navy SEAL. He became a Navy SEAL instructor of the first Navy SEAL team.
Harry Beal was born on August 16, 1930, and died on January 26, 2021. He joined the Navy SEAL in 1948 and retired in 1968.
After retirement from the United States Navy, he worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for 20 years.

Michael P. Murphy
Michael P. Murphy (aka Michael Patrick Murphy) was a Navy SEAL officer who was killed in the War in Afghanistan.
Michael Patrick Murphy received the Medal of Honor for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.
He was killed on June 28, 2005, by the Taliban forces in Asadabad, Afghanistan.

Christopher Scott Kyle, also known as Chris Kyle, was a United States Navy SEAL sniper.
Chris Kyle is considered the deadliest sniper in the U.S. military, and he is also the most famous Navy SEAL of all time.
He deployed four times in the Iraq war, but Chris Kyle was murdered by a former Marine, Eddie Ray Routh, on February 2, 2013.
