spent $95 for regulars pedicure and dip for manicur, few nails got chipped right away after coming home.
they said they charged more so they can provide a better service, but the service didnt match with what they charged for.
I wish I took the review here seriously before usi their service.

Horrible! Don't bother wasting your money. Went here bcuz my nail salon isn't open on Sundays so I tried Precious. Had a dip manicure done. Those of you that get dip KNOW they last anywhere from 3-4 weeks. I got my nails done and a day later my thumb nail corner broke a bit. Not terrible or too noticeable so I didn't mind. Fast forward 2 days and my middle finger nail on the opposite hand then chipped on the corner too! Ok no biggie. On Thursday (less than a week) the pointer finger nail popped off while I was washing out my coffee pot!!! Seriously? I did not call as I wanted to go in person, only problem is, that I work in Mass 5 days a week and don't get home until 6:45 so I went in when I was able. They close at 7 and a couple of nights I was in traffic on 93 so I couldn't go in. When I did, I told Amber at the front desk what had happened and she looked up my info and said, "you were here 10 days ago, you really should have called." I explained to her my situation and she said she could offer me 20% off future visits. Ha! Not a chance! I asked if I could have the nails fixed (only 2 at this point). She said they didn't have anyone to do it this time as it was 10 min before closing. She said I could come the following night and have them fixed. I show up the following night and Moon (my nail tech) had clocked out at 6:45 although she was told she was to stay and fix my nails. I arrived at 6:48. Not one but two different guys wound up fixing the two nails, my pointer nail broke the following day, then the middle one popped off two days later. Dip is meant to last 3-4 weeks. Mine didn't even last a week. I wound up taking them off myself and replacing them with OPI press on nails which look better and have lasted longer. Btw, I was charged $64.75 and gave Moon a $12 tip as well as a $3 tip to the man who fixed my nails! $79 for nails that didn't even last a week. I'm disgusted. Don't bother with this place. Overpriced and their products suck.

This is what my nails look like a week after a dip manicure. I pay the $ so it lasts, and they are cracking and chipping. I used to swear by this place but prices have gone up and quality down! Probably won't rush back.

I have been getting my nails done for over 30yrs. Today was the first day that I was lied to by not only my nail technology but also the owner of Precious Nails. Nail tec tried to up charge me 30$ just for cats eye polish! I asked the owner he said 5$. Well at the end I was charged for full set 48$, 10$ for gel polish, and before I left owner demanded I pay an additional 8$ for cats eye. 66$ BEFORE A 7$ TIP! Owner claimed it was always the price!! A full set with gel total 50$ just 2months ago. The denied even knowing me!!!
